EN2 Tech serves as fractional CTO for both Conard companies: Conard Transportation's asset-based fleet and Conard Logistics' freight brokerage and warehouse. We own their technology end to end: the TMS, the integrations, the servers and the everyday tools their offices run on.
Conard's original TMS was built in the pre-AI era by Sherrod Computers, later part of Tyler Technologies, where John worked. EN2 Tech grew from those roots: we kept that system running for Conard, then replaced it with TMS 2.0, built for what comes next.

A ground-up replacement for a long-running transportation management system: a modern web app, clean APIs, EDI and live fuel, telematics and safety data, migrated screen by screen while dispatch kept rolling.

Inventory, shipping and billing for a third-party warehouse, now with live reconciliation against accounting, automatic fuel surcharge on every delivery and a financials dashboard leadership actually uses.

The system two plumbing companies run on: bids, projects, crew schedules, service calls, inspections, inventory, purchasing, invoicing and payroll punch clock, with QuickBooks sync and a mobile view for crews in the field.
